氣相色譜儀點火不正常：指FID、NPD、FPD檢測器不能點火或點火困難。
1.檢查載氣、氫氣、空氣是否進入檢測器，否則檢查氣路部分。
2.檢查各種氣體的流量設置是否正確，否則重新設置。
3.觀察點火絲是否發(fā)紅，否則檢查點火絲是否斷路或短路、接觸不良，以及檢查點火絲形狀是否正常。
4.點火絲正常的情況下，FID、FPD檢測器觀察點火繼電器吸合是否正常，點火電流是否加到點火絲上，否則檢查相應的電路部分?！?/span>
5.NPD檢測器在確認銣珠正常的前提下，觀察電流調節(jié)是否正常，否則檢查相應的電路部分。
6.檢查檢測器是否存在W染、堵塞現象?！?/span>
7.檢查檢測器內部是否存在漏氣現象。

Gas chromatograph ignition abnormal:refers to FID,NPD,FPD detector can not ignite or ignition difficulties.
Check whether carrier gas,hydrogen and air enter the detector;otherwise,check the air path.
Check whether the gas flow Settings are correct.Otherwise,reset the Settings.
Observe whether the ignition wire is red;otherwise,check whether the ignition wire is open or short circuit,poor contact,ａnd check whether the shape of the ignition wire is normal.
The ignition wire is normal,FID,FPD detector to observe the ignition relay is normal,ignition current is added to the ignition wire,otherwise check the corresponding circuit part.
The NPD detector shall observe whether the current regulation is normal on the premise that the rubidium beads are normal;otherwise,check the corresponding circuit.
Check whether the detector is polluted or blocked.
Check whether there is air leakage inside the detector.
