一、操作步驟
1. 打開氫氣發(fā)生器；
2. 等發(fā)生器流量降到100以下后，打開液化氣分析儀；
3. 打開電腦，打開N2000工作站，打開通道1，點數據采集，查看基線，
4. 等分析儀溫度升到40℃穩(wěn)定后，即可進樣分析，進樣時，先把進樣手柄打到左側，把取樣袋連到樣氣入口上，擠壓取樣袋大約10秒鐘，使樣氣進入儀器，然后把進樣手柄打到右側，馬上點采集數據或按F5，等峰出完后點停止采集，看結果；
5. 做完樣品需關機時，先關分析儀，再關氫氣發(fā)生器。關電腦程序時，先關查看基線，再點右上角×關閉工作站。
二、判峰
1分多出的峰是空氣甲烷，然后隔1分鐘多的是丙烷丙烯，后面緊挨著是二甲醚，再往后依次是異丁烷、正異丁烯、正丁烷、反丁烯、順丁烯。
注意：氫氣發(fā)生器水位應處于上、下限之間，如果水位較低，及時補充蒸餾水。變色硅膠如果有三分之一變成粉紅色，更換硅膠。

4、Analyzer,such as the temperature rose to 40℃ after stability,can sample analysis,sample,the sample of the handle to the left first,connect the sample bag to the sample gas inlet,squeeze the sample bags of about 10 seconds,make the sample gas into the instrument,ａnd then put the sample of the handle to the right,collection point data or peress F5 immediately,such as peak after a point to stop collecting,see the results;
5、After finishingthesample，turn off the analyzer and then turn off the hydrogen generator.To close the computer program,first close the baseline and then click on the upper right corner × to close the workstation.
二、peak judgment
1 minute more than the first peak is air methane,ａnd then more than 1 minute is propane propylene,followed by dimethyl ether,ａnd then followed by isobutane,n-isobutene, n-butene,butene,malebutene.
Note: the water level of the hydrogen generator should be between the upper and lower limits.If the water level is low,replenish the steam house water in time. if one third of the color-changing silica gel becomes pink,replace the silica gel.
