一． 用途
主要用于橡膠的熱煉，壓片，塑煉及混煉。
二． 結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1.滾筒材料為冷硬鑄鐵，表面堅(jiān)硬耐磨輥筒結(jié)構(gòu)有鉆孔或中空方式進(jìn)行加熱或冷卻，使輥面溫度均勻。
2.傳動系統(tǒng)用硬齒面減速器，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊噪音低，效率高。
3.輥筒采用調(diào)心軸承，耗能低，維修方便，使用壽命長。
4.機(jī)器設(shè)有液壓力和電動力反轉(zhuǎn)制動裝置，當(dāng)發(fā)生緊急事故時，按下開關(guān)，機(jī)器立即制動或反轉(zhuǎn)，安全可靠。
5.潤滑系統(tǒng)采用一體循環(huán)潤滑式，減少漏油現(xiàn)象。

1. Roller material is Chilled cast iron, with hard & abrasion-resistant surface. Roller structure: hole drilling style or hollow style is used for heating or cooling to make even temperature for the roller surface.

3. Roller adopts self-aligning bearing, low energy consumption, easy to maintain, long lifespan.
