一、適應(yīng)范圍
1、適用于現(xiàn)澆,預(yù)制的鋼筋混泥土,以及外摻粉煤灰混泥土。
2、適應(yīng)配制早強(qiáng),高強(qiáng),高抗?jié)B,自密實(shí),泵送混泥土及流灌漿材料。
3、可以廣泛用于自然養(yǎng)護(hù)及蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)的混泥土工程及制品。
4、對(duì)于硅酸鹽水泥,普通硅酸鹽水泥,礦渣硅酸鹽水泥,粉煤灰硅酸鹽和火山灰硅酸鹽水泥均有較好的適應(yīng)性。
5、可用于配制各種系列的混泥土外加劑。
二、主要性能
1.SH-II型減水劑符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB8076-1997《混泥土外加劑》。
2、SH-II型粉劑產(chǎn)品屬萘系高效減水劑。外觀呈棕褐色無(wú)毒無(wú)嗅不然,對(duì)鋼筋無(wú)銹蝕作用。
3、在混泥土中加入推薦摻量的SH-II粉劑,在水泥用量和坍落度相同的情況下,可減少拌合用水量的15-25%左右,其一天強(qiáng)度可提高50-80%,三天強(qiáng)度可提高40-70%,二十八強(qiáng)度可提高30-50%,并且可大大提高和改善混泥土各種物理力學(xué)性能。用普通硅酸鹽水泥可配制40-80mpa的高強(qiáng)混泥土。
4、在相同的水泥用量及水灰比不變的情況下,可明顯增大混泥土的坍落度,改善混泥土的和易性,坍落度可增倍。
5、在坍落度和強(qiáng)度基本相同的情況下,可節(jié)約水泥10-15%。
6、可大大提高和改善混泥土的各種力學(xué)性能及抗?jié)B等耐久性能。
