XMGQ功指數(shù)球磨機(jī)主要用于測(cè)定各種礦石、爐渣等物料的磨礦功指數(shù)。
XMGQ Work Index Ball Mill is mainly used to determine the work index of grinding of ores , slag and other materials.
二、工作原理
Ⅱ. Working Principle
與一般球磨機(jī)相同，將一定粒度和重量的物料放入球磨機(jī)內(nèi)，球磨機(jī)內(nèi)裝入一定尺寸、一定數(shù)量的鋼球，在特定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)下進(jìn)行干法磨礦，將產(chǎn)品篩分、稱重，反復(fù)進(jìn)行多次，在經(jīng)計(jì)算得出磨礦功指數(shù)（kwh/t）。
As with the common ball mill, materials of given size and weight and steel balls of certain size and number are put into ball mill. Dry grinding proceeds at the rated rotation speed to screen and weigh products repeatedly. The grinding work index（kwh/t）is obtained by calculation.

四、機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)概述

XMGB型功指數(shù)棒磨機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)。由主機(jī)（包括電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、筒體、定位插銷等）、接料附件和電氣控制等部分組成。

主機(jī)筒襯為整體波浪形，由沉頭螺釘固定在筒體一端開口用以進(jìn)排料。棒磨機(jī)在磨礦過程中，如需傾翻角度時(shí)將轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手把插銷提起，此時(shí)拉動(dòng)定位插銷放進(jìn)相應(yīng)弧形槽內(nèi)，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手把即可進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
The liner plate for mill body is on the whole in the shape of wave. It is fixed at one end of the drum with sunk screws to feed and discharge materials. If a tilting angle is needed during the grinding process of the mill, lift the bolt of turning handle. At this time, pull the positing lock pin and put it into the corresponding arc groove. Turn the handle and adjustment can be made.
五.電氣部分及控制

本機(jī)控制部分主要由數(shù)字顯示、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)、自動(dòng)停機(jī)等電路組成。操作方法如下：
The control parts of this machine is composed of digital display, automatic counting, automatic shut-down and other circuits. The operation methods are as follows:
接通電源，停止按鈕“電源指示"燈亮。
Switch on the machine, and the stop button “power indicator" light.
預(yù)置實(shí)驗(yàn)所需轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)，只需將撥碼開關(guān)撥至所需轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)即可。
Pre-setting the rotation speed needed by the experiment should simply dial the dip switch to the desired rotation speed.
按“啟動(dòng)按鈕"棒磨機(jī)開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)并自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，“運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)指示"燈亮。當(dāng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)到撥碼開關(guān)預(yù)置轉(zhuǎn)速與計(jì)數(shù)器顯示轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)一致時(shí)，棒磨機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
Press “Start button", and the rod mill begins operating and automatic counting, the “operating instructions" button light. When the preset rotation speed is reached, which is the same with the counter displayed number, the rod mill stops.
在棒磨機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)期間需要停機(jī)時(shí)，可按“停止按鈕"。
Press “stop button" when the machine need to be stopped during rotating.
六、使用注意事項(xiàng)
VI. Caution
1.機(jī)器必須良好接地。
1. The machine must be well grounded.
2.鋼棒數(shù)量、重量和配比要嚴(yán)格控制，鋼棒需經(jīng)常稱重，保證總個(gè)數(shù)與總重量不變。
2. The number, weight and ratio of the steel rod must be strictly controlled. And the steel rods should be weighed regularly to ensure the total Number and total weight does not change.
3.每次開機(jī)前要檢查油杯、減速機(jī)（減速機(jī)采用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑）、軸承等是否有足夠的潤(rùn)滑油。

4.工作完畢后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清理筒襯內(nèi)殘留的廢礦或其它贓物。
